5

Tonic water:

100-110ml

Citrus wedge:

Orange / Grapefruit / Lemon / Lime

Prepare Your Glass: Fill a tall glass with ice cubes and add a slice of orange or pink grapefruit citrus.

Add Tonic Water: Slowly pour in 90ml –120ml of chilled tonic water, allowing the bubbles to settle.

Pour the Espresso: Brew a fresh shot of espresso (or strong cold brew), then pour it gently over the tonic water, using the back of a spoon to soften the pour and avoid excessive foaming.

Stir Gently: Give the drink a gentle stir to combine the espresso and tonic without losing the fizz.

Serve Immediately: Enjoy your Espresso Tonic chilled, before the ice begins to dilute the drink.

Gin O’Clock. If it’s Gin O’Clock (it always is somewhere in the world) add 25ml of your favourite gin and 10ml more tonic for a perfect Espresso G&T
