As the only roaster in Scotland with a dual certified arabica and robusta Grader that is equipped with a state of the art quality assurance lab, we provide years of consulting and roasting expertise to our wholesale partners at no cost.

We provide access to world-class brewing equipment from brands like La Marzocco, Victoria Arduino, Mahlkönig, and more, alongside comprehensive maintenance, services and repairs.
Our approach is responsive and personal. As a small, dedicated team, we value customer service as highly as we do our coffee, ensuring that all maintenance, service, and repairs are carried out with care and attention to detail.

You can apply one of two ways:
1. You can go to our portal https://artisanroast.orderspace.com/signup and apply for an account and we will reach out to you.
2. You can email us at trade@artisanroast.co.uk and we can help set one up for you.

All orders can be placed via our online portal, or email to our roastery team.
Once you have applied for an account and we have approved it, you will gain access to our online portal and you can order on a need be basis. Alternatively, we can set up a standing order for you.

Edinburgh based customers: we deliver every Wednesday. Orders need to be made no later than 10am Tuesday for same week delivery.
Customers outside Edinburgh: orders made before 10am Tuesday, will be delivered on Thursday.
Orders made in between Tuesday 10am and Thursday 10am, will be deliered on Saturday.

We don’t have a MOQ, however we do charge shipping of £7.20 on orders less than 6 KG. Any orders of 6 KG or more have free shipping.
